Hiya friends!
I know, I know, it's been a long time and I've broken a lot of promises to keep this updated---but not anymore!
Things have changed a lot since my last post. We have been living in Greenwich, Ohio for almost 2 years now. We have our 3 acre plot of land in Sullivan, and we've been slowly working on it to get it ready to start building our new homestead! After many different house plans, we've decided to start with a 14' X 60' shed that we will transform into a beautiful forever home. It's been a long process, and we are working with little money--so it'll be one step at a time. The building has finally been ordered, it'll be on the property next month and we'll be able to start modifying it into our forever home! I will be using this blog to not only record our progress on the homestead, but to also feature crafts, recipes, lessons on self sufficiency and how to be a homesteader, and it will be a window into our lives and all the things we have to do to survive as homesteaders. It's going to be a work in progress for a while, as I get each page up and running, and I have a YouTube channel where I will post videos of all the different things we will be doing! So, stick around, things are moving along, finally, and we've gone through hell to get to this point so it can only go uphill from here!
