Help needed from my quilter friends!

Hiya gals! I need help finding a fabric. My niece wants me to make her a wallhanging by Debbie Mumm called By the Sea. I am looking for the fabrics used in the wallhanging, specifically the border and the sashing fabrics--or it may be a panel, I'm not sure. The way the instructions for the wallhanging are written, they were all separate fabrics. Here is a picture of the actual wallhanging.



Now, I could get along with just the border fabric---that is really what caught my nieces' eye. If anyone knows where I can purchase this fabric, please let me know! I've looked everywhere, or at least it feels that way!
